IPadOS 17.4.1 available for download

…and likely its various “flavors”.

Concerning iOS 17.4.1, Apple released iOS 17.4.1 Thursday, more than two weeks after the company released iOS 17.4. While iOS 17.4 brought new features to your iPhone, like new Stolen Device Protection options and transcripts in Podcasts, iOS 17.4.1 includes a handful of security and bug fixes for your iPhone.

Automobile Navigation With A Windows 11 Laptop Computer And A USB GPS Receiver

A friend called my a while ago. He is using a USB GPS receiver amd is looking for navigation software with maps for it. Does anybody here have any thoughts on what to use?

Is there a way to make Google Maps on the laptop get data from the GPS receiver and do navigation?

Are You Getting Offers to Buy Your Property?

I own some rural undeveloped acreage, and I'm constantly getting purchase offers. I get 2 or 3 per month, always from a different company. They always offer cash, but only a quarter to a third the assessed value. I questioned one caller who simply hung up abruptly when I said I wasn't interested.

March is ...

As some of you know, I have stage 4 colon cancer, BUT, it's currently in remission, after a bunch of chemo, thanks to having had a colonoscopy.

It doesn't matter how you feel, or how old you are, a colon screening can save your life. It saved me and put me on the path of recovery for sure.

60% of colon cancer deaths could be prevented with regular screenings.
