Garmin talk

So I recently was given a nuvi 660 for the holidays. I live in Colorado and was plotting a course to Las Vegas. All was well except that the road I drive on was no where to be found on the nuvi 660. I have the updated software and maps, and it was no where. It is hwy 50. I live is Gunnison, Colorado. Anyone else missing highways? Any help would be huge. This is quite frustrating! Thanks ya'll.

My first GPS is Garmin c320, second is Garmin nuvi350.I think I don't own the best one with the best price always.

Ok, so I've loaded a POI file which contains 71 locations on my Nuvi 260. When I activate the file it only displays 52 locations (13 pages of 4 per page). How can I make it list all 71 locations?

I've downloaded a couple of POI files to my Nuvi. When I select "Where To"..."Extras"..."Custom POIs"...[category], I see the list of items in distance order. I can click on one and click "Map", and it shows the item on the map.

I received today my FREE City Navigator Map Source DVD and have a question for those familiar with the program.

i bought a garmin 330 last week. cant u download poi on here on a scandisk i tried it with the red light cameras and a few from here. they show on the card but i cant get any thing to show on the unit. when i tried to down load some to the unit it said there wasn't enough space on the unit no matter how little i tried to download onto it.

What is XImage?

I am new to this. I figured out how to add poi's but how do I add sounds and Icons to go with them

I just bought a Garmin Nuvi 200. Is there a way to create your own category? For example we travel for hockey and I would like a custom category called Ice Rinks where I can place ice ricnks we visit?

So every time I add POI’s using the POILoader I get the annoying alert that there is new data on the card. Then the option to load them to the unit. IMO the message of new data should just appear on the following window where you select to transfer or not the data, but that’s a different issue. I always select the box so that it doesn’t ask again but that’s worthless too.

I loaded TOPO maps to my nuvi's memory when I tried to load those in SD card. Now the whole Nuvi's memory is full. What should I do. How to remove/delete those?

Does the 760 unit come with Mapsource? If so, I get a message saying "Mapsource could not find any Mapsource products installed"

I see there is a hack to allow you to add TTS to the streetpilot 300. I am wondering if it's possible to do this for the Nuvi 200?
