Garmin talk

I just bought the Nuvi 760 and see that the POIs listed here are in a format -92.345678,36.333888
My Nuvi 760 has a co-ordinates input screen with the format:
N 33 57.670'
W 84 3.119'

is there a way to convert the posted POIs on this site to my Nuvi format ?

Does anyone know of a connector that can be used to plug the carpower directly into the back of the 660 without using the suction mount? What if I don't want to use the suction cup but I want to use the fm traffic/carpower? I find this odd....

I created a poi file and used one that I had downloaded from this site for QuikTrip gas stations to see how to format the .csv file. Everything looks the same in my file, but the formatting is different. The QuikTrip file uses commas after the street address and after the CSZ.

Can someone tell me how to change the current time on a Nuvi 200?

I was wondering if it is possible to add map symbols to my nuvi 200w. I have a bunch of custom symbols that I could use, but I can't seem to find anywhere that they are loaded to.

??? Any ideas ???

I have successfuly been able to load POIs onto my nuvi 360, but am unable to see them when I choose to "View Map". I was expecting to see them show up on the map, instead of having to sort through a list of them under "Where to?". The point will show up after you choose it from there.

Changes made from version 2.30 to 2.50:
Added support for Madmaps.
Added support for enhanced circular routes. The unit will detect when routes are circular and adjust the start and stop point to the point where you actually enter the route. (Existing routes will be cleared.)
Added support for TTN Canada Traffic provider.
Update position and address information on the Where Am I display.

how do you ,if you can ,change the proximity alerts on the factory poi's on the c330, i know you can on the custom poi's but not sure on the factory poi's

I recently started using the Traffic Receiver for my Nuvi 650 and notice that I can no longer see a list of driving directions (when navigating) by pressing the lower right corner of the screen.

any other camping spots in wa. other than public and state campgrounds?

Does anyone know of any mapping downloads for senic routes in NC that are compatible with the c330?

ive been to the garmin site and i dont see any vehicles for the 330 so i guess its not capable of have extra vehic?not that it really matters ,just different

Someone posted that you could increase the strength of the FM transmitter/modulator on the 660. Has anyone heard of this before?

Can someone confirm that this mount will work with the Nuvi (ball size)? I'm pretty sure I saw that posted here at one time. I already have the base on my dash from my 2610 and would love to use it for my nuvi.
