Web updater and mydash board conflict

Hey guys, My Dash board says I have a software update on my Garmin 255WT and web updater says software is uptodate. There is no update available. what should I do? Do I need to update the one dashboard says? None of them mention the version.
I have version 6.40 on my garmin. Do advice.

It may be the Time Zone update, the Jill update, or the Translations update.
Unfortunately, Garmin doesn't highlight the updates, or list them at the top. Scroll through, and see what you get.

voices are updated
Nothing happened. web updater gave some voice updates. Thats it. But Dashboard still shows an update available.!!!

Problem
Garmin tells me they have problems with Dashboard saying you have an update when there really isn't any. Use webupdater to check for any updates plus you will get to see what the update is and does.
