When you get to the website https://www.expertgps.com it actually mentions not only a number of different Garmins, but also some Magellan, Lowrance & Eagle GPS, too.
While it is not free, they do have a free trial available.
I use it to keep the tracks from the GPS on my Trips. Previously used BaseCamp, but it quit working on my PC. wish the old Microsoft Street Maps was still being updated, as it is a better route planning program.
