weather
so its been raining
for weeks
been kinda displaced
because the roads have been occluded
my house, fine
neighbours, fine
getting home, wasn't easy because I was on the wrong side of the St John river 300km from home (wasn't going to happen)
but the wife n kids n grandkids all been safe n warm
Then they show other places, where the bow river has run over the banks and flooded the town, like it did last year the year before and every year since I arrived here, where the St John river has run over the banks and flooded the town, like it did last year the year before and every year since I arrived here
My town han't had a flood, not closer than 40km
I'm getting notices my insurance will go up for flood risk, the people who live on the bow river st john river aren't getting flood risk increases
Trying to work out how that works,
If my house floods, the water is 300m deep and includes the Atlantic ocean, the polar caps would have to melt -although some peanut promised that by 2012 it hasn't happened yet-
