Nuvi 200W problem

I'm trying to create a custom poi of all the boat landings in SC. So far I have done 193 on the computer but when I download them to my nuvi on 125 are downloading to it. Does my nuvi have a limit on custom poi's?

I've deleted the poi's and retried it and I'm still getting the same results.

Thanks

.

No. Look at line 126 for an error.

typos will do that

Bentbiker is correct. I've made those kinds of mistakes and POI Loader will quit when it finds a formatting error.

Once, I had a dot (.) between the lon and lat instead of a comma (,). Another time, I had missed a double-quote ("). Lots of typos can cause POI Loader to fail in this way. I went cross-eyed trying to find some of them. confused

thanks for your responses

thanks for your responses but i cannot seem to find an error. When I use the poi loader it even says "192 point of interest loaded". I'm so confused and mad because I spent hours doing this.

Time Out

You said previously that only 125 were loading . . . I assumed that was what POI Loader was telling you. If you have multiple categories and you are counting the locations shown under Custom-POIs, that won't work. The unit only shows the closest 50 (or 53) locations under a given category. If POI Loader says it loaded 192, they are all there.

You can set your location to another area to verify that different POIs show up.

No biggie. After changing the "recalculating" announcement, Jill now calls me that when I choose not to follow her route. I just don't like her pronunciation.

You may need to post those

You may need to post those directions! A buddy and I were discussing changing her vocabulary this past weekend.

I have had this thing for a year this Christmas and I’m just now learning the many things it is capable of.

Sorry

You need to have a TTS model to use TTSVoiceEditor. Neat program.
