Garmin order status??

Unfortunately, there's no "link" on the Garmin website, to check order status. You'll have to call Garmin's customer service, to obtain the information you seek.

Sit tight bud, Garmin might take a while to ship the product but you’ll get it eventually. When they were out of maps for me, I was told to leave a 3 to 5 week shipping window and they came through.

How do they run out of maps? It's just software. They just burn a disc and ship. Man -- if I were a consultant, I could have a field day with that process!

Perhaps they have LOTS of customers requesting the same thing at the same time. ?

Not concerned they won't come thru..... just most e-commerce sites have a "check order status link" and I couldn't find one. Thought maybe I was looking in the wrong place.

I just recently receive my "City Navigator Europe NT 2008" set-up DVD as Garmin promised, they had given me an order confirmation at the time I requested the DVD. It took several weeks, recently when I check on the Web site to see my order status (yes they have a link to check order status), it was not there and I received a message that there was no such order. So I sent them an email, their reply was that the site was only for checking status of paid order not for items that are sent free of charges.

Please note that Garmin has always come through with all their promises to me.

Took them a little over 3 weeks to get my MapSource disk. Guess you just have wait some.

Took mine around a month, from request to delivery. They were out at the time and a follow up e mail got the explanation..but it's finally here..
