what poi's would you like to see on here.

Does anyone know of, or have a link to, a .csv file version of the BLM Long Term Visitor Areas in California and Arizona? Even a webpage with their official street addresses would be fine, and I'll create one myself from Google Maps. I can find the BLM pages which give approximated directions, but am having a tough time zooming them on a Google Maps satellite view.

How about the top 20-50 most dangerous intersections or road sections for each state?

This would give a person warning to pay far more attention to their surroundings when approaching these area.

I would love to see parks(playgrounds) listed with the recreation for Texas and maybe Ok too. Thanks

Most "campground" poi files are useless to me. For some bizarre reason the term "campground" has come to mean RV park. They also include KOA and other "camp on the lawn next to the highway" type places.

I want listings that only include REAL campgrounds. You know - tents, dirt, campfires, wildlife, etc.

They are getting very hard to find. KOA is not even a campground anymore. They have become "theme Parks". The price of just a tent site is very close to the price if you pull in with a 40 ft camper and take all the amenities.

I noticed when I started looking for some sites to see, that New Mexico isn't listed on the states list of scenic routes. Is there nothing to see there?

I'm trying to put together a short week long trip just going "somewhere" to get away, and thought NM would be not too far, but, there were no poi's for that state. I was surprised.

Campgrounds operated by the US Forest Service tend to be "real" campgrounds. Maybe that's what I'm looking for - a POI of US Forest Service Campgrounds.

Would anyone like to see a POI for Billy McHale’s Restaurants in the North West USA (I know they are in Washington State, but not sure where else)? They are somewhat similar to Red Robbin, yet have their uniqueness's.

I'd like to see a POI of Montana's Public Fishing Access points.

I have try to find on U tube the Proper way to Install The Speed camera the safety camera and the rest area including all Sound and image on the GPS but I have not found none. I know is time consuming but it would be nice if on this web site they had a Video that show step by step how to do all those nice things..

I'd like to see a file for all of the CHASE Bank ATM locations in the USA (Post Washington Mutual Takeover).

I know there is a CHASE file on here but it is outdated. It says it was last updated 2/24/2009.

I live in Washington State, and when I installed this file on my Garmin it said the nearest CHASE Bank was near Salt Lake City, UT.

There is no way that this list has been updated because there are many many chase banks in Washington, much closer than Utah.

Would it be possible for you to create all the USA/Mexico/Canada liquor stores? Wouldnt have to be all the whole in the wall ones that are singley owned but the franchises and such.

I'm not sure. Maybe the states DOT would have something.

The reason I posted that was I had read an article on MSN of the 50 most dangerous intersection in the states. Chicago had 3, if I remember right.

Truthfully, I don't know where most of the POI information comes from, or how to create a POI file. I'm astonished how some of the members here create them so quickly. Thank you to those who do.

How about a POI of the state or blacktopped county roads that run alongside the Appalachian Trail? That would be a great motorcycle ride! Not thinking from a dirt bike perspective.

I would think that would be a difficult one to do because the AT runs from Georgia to Maine. That covers a lot of ground.

Maybe do it as a effort by a few people and each pick a state.

HI, I would like to see updated (2011) pois of Tim Horton Canada and US locations.

Then maybe a single POI link where everyone could post their portion for someone to stitch together. This is another idea that someone started at another site that unfortunately migrated to facebook. I'm not denigrating facebook, bur some of us don't like letting the internet track our lives (any more than we have to), so I have no idea how far along that project got.

Don't shoot me. I searched for info on the word direction. Found this 22 page subject. Scanned the first couple pages. ANYWAY, at one time there was talk on fixing the problem of alerts for red light POIs going off even when it was on the other side of the street. Has anything been done as of yet ?

I'd like to see POIs for the Rewards Network (/) locations so I can find nearby restaurants to accumulate AAdvantage miles, HHonors points, etc.
