Locations of Verizon Wireless Stores

Seems odd but with cell phones multiplying faster than rabbits and everyone either needs service or is looking for a Verizon Wireless Store there is now POI for them. Reason I'd like one is when I'm traveling and possible having a cell phone emergency (Service) I sure can't call them on it and without a POI on my Garmin I'm lost. Anyone have an answer to this one?

Just went to look up the stores. Seems to be thousands of locations. NO POI's listed.

This looks like a huge job.

Maybe a some of us could get together and break it down by locations and or cities.

Locations of Verizon Wireless stores

Well I don't know we seem to have them for every McDonald's in the US I don't know what goes into making these list but it seems Verizon could be of help. To make one by hand would be a task indeed. Also I'm talking the full service stores not the ones that only sell the phones like Best Buy or a store in the Mall.

I agree i have a lot of times. Looked up a verizon store walked in and said i have questions about my phone and they say we only sell them...
You want a real verizon store.. Which theirs not a full service verizon store on every corner...

I tried

I "hacked" the locator feature to expand the search to a wider area than 75 miles (that's how I got the locations for Interstate Bakeries). It limits you to about 150 miles per search. That's almost useless. With Interstate, I was able to grab 1500 mile circles to work on.

Locations of Verizon Wireless stores

Well I'm not sure if it was a waste but I ran the issue up the flag pole at Verizon Wireless, I have an inside with a state wide manager who said would get on it. Who knows. If I get anything I'll try to work with it.
