Pumpkin pies give me upset stomach for some reason.
Found this at Allrecipes.com last year and everyone seemed to like it! Very easy to make.
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
2 pinches ground cinnamon
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.
3.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
This is my recipe.
Go to store
Buy Sara Lee frozen pumpkin pie.
Bake per directions on box.
Cool, add whipped cream or Cool-Whip.
Have a great week.

Happy Monday everyone. Need a favour. My niece and her friends did an online project and are needing some votes to win the contest. Can you guys help her by voting for her group's (under name GRACE MOK) project? Here is the link: http://yitc.e2.myreviewroom.com/vote/606/
All you do is press vote to register the vote or press view to view her project. That's all...thank you everyone!!! Oh, you can vote more than once but only after every hour. It ends tomorrow night.
