Great start to the week.....Temps in the 80s today...90s tomorrow and then a high in the 40s on Thursday! Sure beats those days of 110 we had this summer......Now if it would just rain!

Pumpkin pies give me upset stomach for some reason.
Found this at Allrecipes.com last year and everyone seemed to like it! Very easy to make.
2 cups pumpkin puree
1 cup evaporated milk
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup butter
2 pinches ground cinnamon
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Combine the pumpkin, evaporated milk, sugar, flour, eggs, vanilla, melted butter and ground cinnamon to taste. Spoon into a casserole dish.
3.Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour.
This is my recipe.
Go to store
Buy Sara Lee frozen pumpkin pie.
Bake per directions on box.
Cool, add whipped cream or Cool-Whip.

Well better late than never. Time is flying by and there will be snow soon. We have already had freezing weather so it can't be far behind.
Hopefully we'll get another Indian Summer, need to do a lot more yardwork...
