How does Garmin or any other GPS manufacturer handle reversible express lanes in their navigation? Some of these express lanes are way off the normal lanes.

After reading all the positive comments about 4.2, I finally upgraded.
I'm not impressed. Sure it's better than 4.0 and 4.1, but I still see map lag problems.

I am using a NUVI 350 and have solved (thanks to POI FACTORY) the problem of line breaks.

Now I would like to jazz up certain POI's with a color (like red) to call attention to some significant item for a particular POI....

Any hope? / suggestions?

We're planning to get a Nuvi for my daughter for her sales calls. I like the models with the "route Optimization" that automatically organizes several stops into an efficient route. Does anyone know if any of the models that have this could be purchased for $270 or less? This would include some of the older models that Circuit City and others sell for less.

Just thought some might want to up grade or just buy a new Nuvi 760 Garmin. Sams Club has a great price on this model , I paid $499.00 for mine. Sams has the Nuvi for $383.00, plus many more GPS models to choose from.

Can anyone help me please??? I have a Garmin Streetpilot C320 with City NAV NT 2009 map. I also have a 2.0 GB SD card in it. I have always had custom POI's on it. This time though after wiping it to load my 2009 map the POI's won't go on. I keep getting the same error message of "not enough memory" no matter how small of a file I pick.

I have had my 765 about 4 hrs, and discovered the 1st bug. After I transfered my favorites I found I could only scroll about 3 screens before it automatically reset itself to the 1st screen. You have to be pretty fast on the scroll to get the more distant favorites before it resets.

Coming north to Door County, highway 42 has a new section. Jack kept recalculating trying to get back where he thought the road was. After a few minutes he froze up. The unit simply stopped doing anything. I shut it off and turned it back on. By then I was on the mapped section of road and it worked fine. I've been on unmapped roads before and this didn't happen. Is this a normal behavior?

I contacted Garmin customer support three weeks ago inquiring when the Arizona 24k topos would be available and the response I got was that Az/NM would probably be the next one released, but he had no information if that was correct or when it would happen.

I took apart the Garmin cigarette power cord by cut the cord end, then re-wired it behind the dash for that cleaner look without having to see that bulky cigarette plug into the lighter when in use. On the dashboard mounted a power female plug/LED so I can connect to the Garmin GPS.

Hello , I have the opportunity to sell my Garmin 340 and am considering the Nuvi 750. I have seen a few complaints on 750 software and was wondering if you would recommend or discourage the 750 purchase (Is it a reliable unit?) .THANKS!!!!

What is the lowest model Nuvi that allows you to save your route (where you have actually been) and then upload that to Mapsource or other program to look at it?

I noticed some nice looking, new interfaces on some new Nuvis - do you think we will be able to update ours with these in the near future?

I don't get the voice alert on my Nuvi 750 - Any ideas?

Looks like the "Lifetime" GTM traffic subscription is coming soon (if not here already) with GTMxx firmware update v5.30. Available via WebUpdater (be careful using WebUpdater if you want your GPS to stay at it's current firmware version).

Changes made from version 5.20 to 5.30:

* Add lifetime subscription key entry with service lock for Americas.
