If it's a blank card and if it's writable and if you can reformat it to FAT32, you probably can use it in your c330.
Note that the c330 can only use the SD card for loading supplemental maps. It cannot read Custom POIs from the SD card.
SD Card
A 64 MB card is too small for FAT32. I believe the minimum size for FAT32 is around 260MB.

not sure what fat32 is but really all i want to do is get state parks and camgrounds onto my 330 it doesnt really have camping other that koa and rv resorts.any ideas ? thanks

Just add it directly to the 330 using POI Loader.
There is plenty of room for POI's.

And the 330 won't read Custom POIs from an SD card anyway.
