c330

i have a c330 will a sd card from my magellan color work with the 330 i think its a 64 meg card

.

If it's a blank card and if it's writable and if you can reformat it to FAT32, you probably can use it in your c330.

Note that the c330 can only use the SD card for loading supplemental maps. It cannot read Custom POIs from the SD card.

SD Card

A 64 MB card is too small for FAT32. I believe the minimum size for FAT32 is around 260MB.

How can a card be too small

How can a card be too small to format in a particular format, that doesn't make sense to me.

It's all about clusters. Here's a link that may help explain it better than I can:

The size limit reference is near the bottom of the page just above the "downloads" section.

Just add it directly to the 330 using POI Loader.
There is plenty of room for POI's.

And the 330 won't read Custom POIs from an SD card anyway.
