Note that the installers aren't big

but the previous ones can be deleted. They are about 127 MB and are located in the folder at the path below and are readily identified by the name. I personally only keep the latest.

C:ProgramData|Garmin|CoreService|Downloads|Application

Replace the "pipe" symbol "|“with a backslash in the path

Garmin Express v7.10.0 is available for PC. If you would like to update to the latest version, please visit “About” within the Settings of the Express application and select “Check for Updates to Express.” This version includes the following changes:

Fixed an issue with the Hub continuing to show an update is available after it’s been completed.
Fixed a number of links within Help with the new URL’s.
Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

Garmin Express v7.10.0 is available for Mac. If you would like to update to the latest version, please visit the “About Garmin Express” page from the Garmin Express Menu and select “Check for Updates to Express.” This version includes the following changes:

It's a cycling device that sends info to various Garmin devices

Update

Got the Garmin Express update and now downloading the Map update for my Nuvi 3790. Also checked for update for my Honda CR-V map but no joy. My CR-V tells me it has been over a year since the last update. Going to google if any available.
