POI Factory Red Light/Speed Camera POI's adding to Google Navigation?

I find the mobile navigation utility that comes with my Droid's Google Maps app to be reliable, accurate, and very convenient. The fact that my mapping/direction search history and favorite places is all on one account that syncs between my desktop, my laptop and my Smartphone, makes it even more convenient.
I'm using it more and more while my Garmin is starting to become a idle bobble on my dashboard.
However I miss the Speed/Red Light Camera alerts that my Garmin gives me. Admittedly my database is now outdated and ineffective - certainly here in Montgomery Co. MD, where revenue cameras are being installed everywhere.
Is there any way to incorporate the POI Factory's camera alerts into my Google nav? I'm not aware of any feature in which an audible proximity alert can be added into "My Maps" within a Google account, but if it can, and camera POI's could be added, I'd be all over it.

You can add the POIs

You can add the POIs themselves through the "My Places" feature on the desktop version of Google Maps, which Google Navigation can pick up and use if you activate that map layer. However, Google Navigation does not have alerts which makes the POI less useful.

Why not treat every

Why not treat every intersection as if it has a redlight camera?

Every corner has a RLC

Drove to DC this last weekend. Just about every intersection has a RLC. After a while, the warnings became an irritating interruption, & irrelevant.

I have noticed that MY use of the RLC warning has changed.
Initially, I used it to be aware of the camera so I wouldn't get a ticket.
Now, I use it to be aware that the car ahead of me might hit the brakes and stop even if the light is green or yellow.

My town's police dept rolled out statistics that T-bone crashes/injuries have been reduced. And they have. Not so widely reported is the large increase in rear-enders which makes overall number of accidents increase.

and we all know

It not about a revenue source but safety. Otherwise we would not have installed so many RLCs
