iMagnet Mount

I just found out about the iMagnet Mount. Is anybody here using one of these? If so, how well do they work?

Unlimited data (Verizon)

I ordered a new iPhone from Apple using my wife's number because a Verizon vendor since we both had credits on our numbers had advised me to. She has no data plan. When Apple helped me set it up, I realized our numbers were switched. I went to Verizon and they put a new SIM card in and all was well. The Verizon rep told me the result of this would be that I kept my unlimited Data plan.

SmarTouch Gloves For GPS Operation

I was at a store yesterday and saw Isotoner SmarTouch Gloves for Texting For Men. In fact, the website actually makes reference to GPS use. Anyway, I am just wondering if anybody here has these and, if so, is is still pretty easy to manipulate a GPS with these types of gloves?

Trucker specific forum

Hello all: This is my first post and my question is, when will the poifactory begin listing all of the truck driver gps in their columns? Perhaps I overlooked this feature?

Ebay / Paypal Loophole

Scary store here. Someone sold a brand new iPhone 5 on Ebay. The buyer has 20+ positive feedbacks. Less than a month later, the buyer filed a chargeback claiming the item not as described. The buyer gets to keep the iPhone and gets the money back (basically... free iPhone 5). This is a headsup for those who sell expensive stuff on Ebay.

This week we are recognizing CraigW!

CraigW was recognized in July along with a herd of 7 others for the team effort they all put into solving another members technical issue.

We wanted to single him out this week for his outstanding contributions to this community. He’s often one of the first to respond to technical or performance issues involving the GPS units themselves.

Waterproof 50WLED Motion Detect Security Lighting

I've been looking for this sort of thing, and simply have not been able to find one in operation in a store. Want to examine it before purchase...
I've also read lots of bad reviews on these things, but I can't determine if the bad reviews were due to bad installs or bad product....

Has anyone a success story regarding this sort of thing?

In danger of losing your windmill?

Maybe you can share with us the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you use it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.) Anything to keep your windmill alive.

This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.

Washington, DC Speed Cameras

The news tonight says the DC County Council will likely reduce fines for speeding from $125 to $75 per instance.

That was the good news.

The bad news is that the Council is likely to approve "dozens more cameras" all over the District. They meet next week to decide.

Anyone want to guess what they decide???
