Additional Garmin Express cached map data location

Note that this seems to apply at the moment to TopoActive maps and not necessarily to City Navigator maps
While downloading the TopoActive NA 2026.10 map update for a GPS, I noticed that the usual location for the cached map downloads was not being stored in the location that I was used to having to delete the downloaded data from which was:
C:/ProgramData/GARMIN/CoreService/Downloads/Map
The TopoActive maps were now downloaded to:
C:/Users/(your user account)/AppData/Local/Garmin/express/maps
The map files were given long, random character names (with no *.img extention) but the sizes and time stamps corresponded exactly to the map .img files that were installed to the device after the update.
Deleting these files from the above location forced Garmin Express to redownload the map data when I initiated the same map download.
