Is there anyway I can get a redlight cam alert with a Red banner at the top, I have a old 660 that does that ?

I searched some old posts on red banner and it appears not all devices support that. See http://www.poi-factory.com/node/34234 for some info.
You can add a voice alert and add some nice bmp(icons). I have a police siren, wav file that goes off when I approach the camera.
