We were supposed to fly to

We were supposed to fly to Cabo back in June for my daughter’s Destination Wedding. It got cancelled due to everything that’s going on, so we rented a cabin in Oklahoma for just the 9 family members. Believe it or not, we enjoyed the heck out of it. Could not have asked for anything nicer!

Last weekend to a previously unknown local dive site.

I don't know for sure, but we might do a short drive to see if we can spot the comet.

Virtual

I took a virtual trip this week to the West coast with Apple Maps. Covering the whole coast from San Diego to the far NW corner of Washington. Was a long trip but managed to do the whole trip in one afternoon. Didn't use much gas but did drink 2 cups of coffee.

Good times....

Frostproof Florida Homicide

I had to go hunt down the location of triple homicide and shoot a press conference with Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd yesterday. Good old Garmin took me right the scene in the middle of no where.

New week

New comment.

Thunder Bay ON

I travelled between Winnipeg MB to Thunder Bay ON and noted that there are several places the highway #1 (17 in ON) has been moved (four years ago and moved several miles East) which are still not updated in the maps.

Considering I sent them an update the week the new highway was open, they are "on time" with their update.

Took me five years to get my street (and the entire 300 homes) on the map even though it was in existence in 1989, it didn't show up until 2013.

LoL
