StreetPilot OnBoard?
Navigon (also a Garmin app) updated for iOS on July 11th... and maps for Navigon were updated a bit before that.

Is there any way to add custom POI's?

Appears to be superseded with a newer naming convention. Doesn't appear to be a StreetPilot Onboard available from Garmin. The naming convention goes like Garmin USA, Garmin North America, Garmin Here, Garmin There, ...
This is a very nice app, runs great on the iPhone 4S.

Favorites
You have to save POI in the Favorites area. No way to load a bunch in, like with POILoader and GPSr.
However, in the near future, Apple is releasing Maps for OS, that will reportedly enable the management of navigation resources such as POI, routes and tracks on the iPhone as someone might do with Garmin BaseCamp and a Garmin GPSr.
