Are you looking to get alerts for the rest areas on the interstates?
If so it can be done. Most of us use the "rest areas combined file" and set up an alert.

I have already downloaded the combined rest areas. What I want is when I plan a route on the interstate and a rest area comes up, I want it to alert me

Make sure you are running poiloader in manual mode not express and set distance you want the alert for.
