Snows gone it's getting warmer, 7 days to the first of spring, the spring bulbs are all up, the first blossoms are out. The snow is still on the mountains, skiing is in full swing, summer holidays are just round the corner. thanks for sending some of that heat wave.

Had a great birthday on the 22nd

Record heat wave in Austin, Tx.

If you were born after 1925, today will likely be the day you can say you’ve lived through the hottest summer on record in Austin, Texas.

The area is poised to reach the 70th triple-digit day of the year today, breaking am 86-year-old record of 69 triple-digit days. We could reach 105 today, forecasters say.

Happy Wednesday.

Happy Wednesday. grin

Does anyone know if there is a GPS or computer program that will tell you the price of gas at the stations along a route you are taking?

Even if it hits the outer banks in NC we are still going to catch some high winds, flooding and possible damage.

Yep -

We dodged the bullet on this one ! Last Sunday's forecast track had it coming within 5-10 miles of our house.

Good Luck Charles !

Thunder

Had some thunder near Dallas this morning, but no rain before I left for work. Scared the dog. She hadn't heard thunder for several months and wasn't sure what was going on.

Your take home pay is now $237.00
rolleyes
Ok now go buy a computer for $237.00 in Ontario, Canada
Taxes deducted on purchase item.
1. Federal and Provincial taxes 13% (cost you ($30.91)
2. ECO Fees 6% (Cost you $12.25)
crying
Summary of taxes paid on the $300.00 earnings
Employment taxes 21% or
Sales taxes 13%
ECO Fees 6%
The total amount of taxes paid on your hard earned $300.00 now equates to an alarming 40% for low income.
surprised
If you buy on credit than pay some over inflated rate of 21%. The banks and credit card are ok financially.
Cheers!

These floating fish look a lot easier to handle than the little RC helicopters, and still fun for younger kids. smile

I have one of the small helicopters and it isn't easy to fly at all.
