3760T wall Charger?

I have aGARMIN NUVI 3760T and would like to charge it at home. I found wall chargers at Amazon, but some of them say not compatible with my unit. Can I simply just use a micro USB charger from one of my cell phones? I think it says 5.1 MV (or whatever).Kind of hard to read though.
I would of thought these things are standard, but my old Tomtom prevents me from using anything not from Tomtom because of the molding around the connecter.

I use the USB cable from my camera
BUT I had to order a micro to mini adapter before the cable was usable with my 3760.

I do not use the charger from the camera but connect the USB cable from my computer to my unit and charge it that way.

OK, my bad,the cell charger I'm using does fit in the NUVI, so it may be mini. Get them confused all the time.
So everything else is a match?

The connector on the 37xx series is Micro-B, not Mini-B. If you have the same connector on your phone, that is Micro-B as well.

The cable may be compatible but I do not know about the charger.

It has been charging for about an hour now, just don't want to damage anything. I just always assumed that if it fit without jamming it works.
I have the charging indicator where the battery usually is.

Have you tried Radio Shack. Bought a wall charger for my phone yesterday there.

YOUR OLD A/C CHARGER WILL WORK
- Get An Adapter For Your 3700 Series
You may have already, or will notice that the 3700 series, being so thin, now provides connectivity via a Micro-USB port rather than Mini-USB port that some of other nüvi GPSs use.
If you own a charger that you formerly used with your previous model nüvi that has a Mini-USB connection end, there is no need to spend an additional $25 for an AC Adapter/Charger cable when a inexpensive Mini-USB to Micro-USB Charger Adapter will make the proper reduction for you.
In February 2011 I purchased a Motorola Mini-USB to Micro-USB Charger Adapter from Amazon.com for $1.82 (price is slightly cheaper now -- when I looked this morning http://tinyurl.com/33c48wm) which works well for me as I use my charger that I also use with my nüvi 650 and 755T models, for my 3790LMT. There are many more adapters available that do the same thing -- so look around at various electronic supplier WEB sites.

I have also use an AC/USB converter with gives me the same output as my USB2 from my laptop to charge my 3790LMT unit.

I'm using the same charger
I'm using the same charger that I use for my Android phone, and it is a Micro-USB port. While my nuvi 760 won't fit so it must be a Mini-USB. I'm thinking if it fits forget about what it is!
