Pilot and TA malfunction

The Pilot and TA travel centers are not functioning properly. All of my other POI's that I set alerts for pop up, but not these 2 truck stops. I am sure i didn't do anything wrong. So what is the problem with these two POIs?

If POIs are not within 50

If POIs are not within 50 feet of the road you are on, they will not alert. If traveling interstates and these POIs are on roads off the interstate, you will not get an alert.

I set my Truck Stop POIs up as TourGuide POI files. TourGuide POIs alert on a radius.

Tourguide POI files

Could you please tell me how to set them as tour guide pois?

Rename the file to include the word TourGuide e.g. Pilot TourGuide.csv or Pilot TourGuide.gpx

Note that the T and G are capitalized.
