You Did it!

The challange has been made and being first is no longer good enough! It's so blaze' to just be first any more and boring as well.

The challange was to be Last of the old week and first of the new week. Being first is easy as you can see it was a three way tie this week Between Djs,BobDee and abin, being last makes also it a tad bit harder.

Is the f5 is easier?... rolleyes I guess it depends on if you use a mouse of keyboard... Or a PC or a Mac...

speaking of which, I just got a new mac.. what is the equivalent to f5 on a mac? So much to learn, so many posts to read, so many updates to make...

Gary,
The most wonderful of all things in life, I believe, is the discovery of another human being with whom one's relationship has a growing depth, beauty, and joy as the years increase. This inner progressiveness of love between two human beings is a most marvelous thing; it cannot be found by looking for it or by passionately wishing for it. It is a sort of divine accident, and the most wonderful of all things in life. So happy Anniversary to you and your bride of 19 wonderful years!

My wife and I each had a couple of what I'll call "false starts" in our younger years. But we finally got it right and have 19 happy years to prove it.

Monday's s*ck

Monday's really suck, and today was the worst so far this year....

Woke up, showered, went into the closet to get dressed, and the light didn't come on. I thought, Hmmm that's weird, so I tried the switch again and it worked. When I got in the closet I looked up at the light fixture to see of the flourescent bulbs were going bad, and that's when my day got worse.... the fixture was FULL OF WATER!!! Yea, I had a leak in the new roof I just had put on my house.

I call the installer and they had a crew out there in about an hour. It turns out they installed the ridge vent wrong and overlapped the seams wrong and it dripped right onto the bolt for the fixture and it pooled up, then ripped the fixture part way out of the ceiling and all the overflow water drenched half of our clothes.

They fixed the problem, but now I have to wait for everything (except the clothes) to dry out before they'll get someone back in to look at the damage.

Ok - not the beginning or the end - somewhere's in the midst of things.

Thanks for playing along. razz

It helped that L. James, most likely the MVP, is on his team. The team is playing great together, hope they win it all this year. They definitely have the nucleus and bench to do it.
