There are some members who have created some great software for GPS use, so I am providing an idea for some software.
Here is the idea:
Design a POI file updater that would check your current POI files and determine if there is a newer version of any of the files available. Just a thought, the create or modify date on your computer could be compared to the create or modify date on the specific POI to determine if an update is available.
