What Does Everyone Think Of This For The C 330
Thank you for contacting Garmin International,
Nice unit & happy to help. Unfortunately the c330 would have never came
out w/the 2008 update thus the low selling price.
The most current version of map software available for your Gps unit is
City Navigator North America NT 2008. You can order this update directly
from Garmin for $69.99 from the link below.

When loading the 2008 map update, your unit will take either the lower
48 United States *OR* Canada and Alaska including the States bordering
Canada. This is because there is not enough memory on your Gps unit to
fit the entire City Navigator North America NT 2008. Unfortunately it is
not possible to take the other part of the map you didn?t load and put
it on an SD card to put in the device. However, you can switch back to
the other region that you didn?t load, but cannot put it on an SD card.

The C330 while it is a great GPS unit has been discontinued by Garmin, that is why Walmart could sell them for 128 yesterday. The V8 maps work great and the little difference to the 2008 maps is not worth 69bucks. Wait for the next change..and see if it is worth it...I doubt if you will see a free Upgrade on a 128 unit...but you might get half price.
