Many addresses in map databases are wrong. By making corrections in a wiki-like style it has the potential to really improve finding addresses. Google Maps in the USA are from NAVTEQ. I wonder if the updated data will be shared with NAVTEQ? If so, it could really improve accuracy for GPSr that use NAVTEQ maps. Or, it could be worse if folks start moving addresses around to mess up the database.
