I have a lot of POI's saved in a folder, Can I install certain POIs or do I have to put the ones i want in a folder by themselves?

Express vs manual
If using POI Loader in Express Mode, it will install all. If switching to Manual Mode, you'll be offered each file separately and you can choose to exclude one or more.
