POIs in Zumo 595

Ok folks I have made some progress in getting POIs on to my 595. I have 2 questions:
I have a series of waypoints that I want to make into a POI, see SNIP please. These are all the Gas Stations I have in BC. In order for them to work in the 595 I need to use the larger ICONs. Is there a easy way to "MASS UPDATE" these current ones or do I have to do each one at a time.
My second question is, I would like to make my own 48x48 ICONs, how are people doing it?

I was not able to upload a picture from my PC, sorry. It is a "SNIP" of BC and all my gas station icons

Well
To mass export them as you say is simple enough, select them all in the lower left hand pane in BaseCamp then right click and send them to a removeable drive or click on File, Export selection in the toolbar. Either will create a .gpx file and you can then use POI loader to create a .gpi file
Paint allows you to create icons of whatever size you want, as do other similar programs.

Here is a easy way to make your own 48x48 icons.Use this on line resize and converter to make your icons. See http://convert-my-image.com/ImageConverter .
Select Bmp on the converter, top left before selecting convert.
