Mass POI editor for Garmin

I'm looking for a mass POI editor. Something that would allow me to view and edit all my POIs in a flat file such as Excel or CSV.
Each row in the table would be a POI record, and there would be columns for Name, Phone, Categories (comma separated), Symbol, Latitude, Longitude.
I have not yet tried Garmin's POI Loader. From the description is doesn't sound like what I'm looking for but maybe I'm wrong.
Any Suggestions?

No, the loader won't do it. It's strictly a loader and not editor. Currently, Extra POI Editor is the only thing going, and it's not being supported. You can search for EPE or Extra POI Editor on here, and someone has a link to the program. It's not available from the author, anymore.

Graphical GPX Editor.
There is an active thread over on the GPS Passion forum by member Pixel_K about a program he has developed named Graphical GPX Editor. It appears that it is only for GPX files and not CSV files.
I know nothing about this program so this is not an endorsement of it. I don't know if it is a suitable alternative to Turboccc's EPE. If anyone is interested, they can find the thread over on the GPS Passion site. The second post in the thread has the download link.
(Note: I say "active thread", although the last post was in September. GPS Passion gets very little traffic these days. Member Pixel_K does seem to respond fairly quickly though when questions have been posted on the Graphical GPX Editor thread.)
