Screen protector for Garmin GPSMap 66st?

I really want to protect my screen; I keep it in my coat pocket or have the Garmin Backpack tether (really handy!) and when I set down my backpack the screen may touch the ground.

I'd like to have a glass protector but I checked with Zagg and Phantom glass, they don't have anything in that size. Do you guys have any recommendations? I would rather stay away from the peel type.

Thank you,

Nothing

They just have them for smart phones.

you might have to go "peel" type

It's the peel type you desire to avoid but custom made and only $8.

I use an old Eagle Creek semi-hard sun glass case for my "hiking" Garmin. It is rigid enough to provide protection if the unit is dropped and being vinyl over plastic the GPS can receive signals while in the case.

Protection

I keep things in old hand-held calculator cases. You may not have one, though. I may add bubble wrap made for small devices, too.

Found one

I found one here if anyone is interested:

Yep

I scratched the screen of my 60Cx when it was on my backpack and put it down, so good move. I think you can get a plastic screen cover and trim it to size.
