I've never experienced this so I can't offer much more.

.

Yes, most likely your route is too long or too complex (too many turns).

Try breaking the route into shorter segments and see if you still get the error messages.

Which Caribbean Map On SD Card You Are Using?

What country are you using the Caribbean Map causing routing problems?

Sometimes if the maps are using have double coverage of an area it may effect routing destinations.

Since the North America maps also includes other countries, this may be your issue.
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands Cayman Islands, Bahamas, New Providence Island, Grand Bahama, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Martinique,Saint Barthélemy,Jamaica.

Verify that the Caribbean Maps on the SD card is checked off, then uncheck the North America Map and reboot the GPS making sure only the SD card Caribbean Map is being recognized.
Now check if the "CAN’T CALCULATE ROUTE MEMORY FULL" message disappears.

Let us know if this solves your problem.

Good catch! Let's hope that's the problem. It'd be a quick fix.

Interesting. I guess I have

Interesting. I guess I have been fortunate

I m using Dominican Republic

I m using Dominican Republic Map from "GPS Travel Maps"

Not included at North America map.

I Verified Caribbean Maps on the SD card is checked off, then uncheck the North America Map but I don t know do The reboot and I afraid lost all my data from USA and Travels to some Caribbean Islands.

Thanks

I'm Not Familiar With "GPS Travel Maps"

By "unchecking" the North America maps YOU DO NOT lose the data from that map. Simply put a check mark next to it and your North America will be recognized again.

Since you are in the Dominican Republic I don't see
how the map you have on your SD card should cause routing problems for you since The Dominican Republic is not covered on the North American Map so it should not be causing routing issues for you. I'm sorry that I don't have a solution for you, maybe somebody else has better suggestions.

not all maps

This appears to be an old problem that has been discussed for longer than I've been around. The issue is that not all maps that display on your device are compatible with the routing software in the unit. The only non-Garmin maps I'm aware of that will support routing are from Open Street Maps and I'm not certain that all of their maps do this either.
