Garmin N. America iOS App Needs Fix For iOS 10

The Garmin N. America iOS App has display issues with iOS 10. I noticed it shortly after I installed iOS 10 on an iPhone 6.
This has been confirmed by Garmin.
The issue is that the app has problems displaying in the landscape mode.
The app needs a refresh in general.
Really like this app but it is fair to say it has been neglected by Garmin. Not happy about that.

The update has been released and the graphics problems appear to be resolved.
Usage in the next couple days will determine how good this update really is.
I had to do an uninstall, and reinstall the app to get it to work. This also required the reinstallation of the maps and extras.

I used the new revision this morning, looks good. The app worked fine, as expected. Landscape mode looks fine.
The maps need to be revised. The mapping for the Gamin iOS app used to follow the CN revisions by a few weeks, but the mapping for the Garmin iOS app has not been revised in a long time, probably years.

Trip Computer Works
The Trip Computer works again. After iOS was updated, the Garmin Trip Computer was non-functional, and even froze.

I'm getting regular map updates on Garmin's Navigon app...

Road tested it for two days
It is bug free but still has some challenges in terms of functionality. My biggest problem is the lack of a separate volume control for navigation voice. If I want to listen to music on my iPhone, the voice will be REALLY loud. This seems like an easy fix and it is one of things, along with outdated maps, that makes me feel Garmin is no longer really invested in this product. Just my two cents.

Updated. Agree with the others. Maps are woefully outdated.
Not Really the Maps
But the database of all the POI: Stores, dining, fuel, shopping, rest areas, etc. that changes and needs to be kept up to date.

Same happened with me. Simple 'update' did not work.
The app must first be deleted from your device and then re-installed. Take it from there. Will have to re-install the maps too.
