loading my garmin

Try not to be so cryptic. I'm guessing you mean that you have downloaded a custom POI file, and are now trying to load that file onto your c550.

If that is the case, and you have POI loader installed, there shouldn't be a problem.

start the poi loader, select where you want to send the file, either to the garmin itself or an sd card that's installed in the garmin. select the file you want loaded and check or uncheck the appropriate check boxes, that's basically it.

Are you able to see it as a drive letter?

thank you so much! I had already installed the poi loader back when i initially got my garmin over a year ago...i didn't think about that program at all...sure glad you did!
