help

I am having trouble getting the info that I download from the POI Factory onto my Garmin Street Pilot c550. Forgive my ignorance but I have the file on my computer and i can view it but how do I get it to my c550 to where it is useful to me on the road

You do have POI Loader installed, yes?
Do you have an SD card installed?
