Changes made from version 4.6.2 to 4.6.3:
Fixed crash when zooming into raster maps.
Fixed crash when loading a track with sporadic elevation data.

Now Available in the Apple App Store

Which means it is vetted by Apple, a good thing.

Appears Later on the Apple App Store

The new versions show up first on the Garmin website, then a couple days later on the Apple App store. I guess Apple vets the new version for compliance to its rules.

There was a problem with an earlier version of BaseCamp, so I wait for things to show up on the Apple App store.

Update to the update...

Last night I went ahead and updated the update using the Apple App Store just in case there might be an Apple related benefit.

One thing I have noticed for a while using FireFox is that they warn that the Garmin site is not set up in a safe manner. I don't get such a warning from other browsers.
