I have tried this many times I cant get the thing to work and load. what order do I input the info to get back all I need including name of the place. I have about 50+ so I want up run through a program that will give me all info back to us in my garmin.

As I read your question, you want to be able to use some software tool to capture data which you already have. You want that tool to provide for you something that will be usable in your nuvi (and it would help if you would update your profile to give specific information about your device).
Assuming that you have names and addresses, please consider using EPE.
