Yup. All it takes is using
Yup. All it takes is using cruise control in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway to realize how many people in the left lane think it's only for going over the speed limit.
More times than not I've had to wait forever to pull left to pass, even with it set to 5mph over the posted limit. Amazing how close together and how far over the limit is typical.
Good thing I'm retired and don't give a rat's a** anymore.
It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.
