Please put unit type in post title

I'm new here; first post.
Just read the thread on Canadian speed limits. Have never seen these on my Zumo 550. Most of the posts do not mention what units are being used, so I was unable to tell if this feature is supported on my Zumo.

Anybody know?

On another forum for BMW bikes, the moderators insist on year and model being in the title. It is a great help. Also, many folks state year and model number in the signature to a post. Very helpful.

Canadian Speed Limits

From what I've seen over the past week, you don't need to worry about the speed limits in Canada. I have seen only 2 officers on the side of the road between St. Johns Newfoundland and Montreal Quebec, neither one using Radar or Laser... grin

Also, welcome to the site! Most people do have their GPS unit in their sigs.

According to Garmin's site, the 550 does not have the speed limit feature.

"Speed limit indicator (displays speed limit for most major roads in the U.S. and Europe): no"

Make and model

Make and model and length of time owned/used might be useful.

I think the most owners

I think the most owners posted their models under sig. The length of time would be too much. You have to update frequently.
