Traffic stopped working on Garmin Nuvi 2400

I have had my Nuvi 2400 for about 6 months now. This past week the trafic on route feature just stopped working. I live in the DFW area and the traffic feature has always been great.
Any ideas on what may have happened to my GPS?

is it charging?

On a recent trip to Orlando my stopped working and noticed it wasn't charging either, wiggled the cable to the base and traffic and charging started to work again.

GTM 35

I assume you have the GTM35 traffic receiver.
When plugged in, does the red LED indicator light?
If not I believe it's not getting power as flaco mentioned.

Quite odd, I can't see how to replace the fuse on the GTM35, my other two GTM20's both have a screwable tip where the fuse is located. Can't find anything in the owners manual regarding fuse replacement. I would think there is a fuse in there to protect the circuitry.
