why do I get POI loader error - can't convert file

when I run POI loader with .WAV files in the folder it tells me it can't convert the files to the proper format.
the WAV files came from the same place the csv files came from on POI factory.
What do I need to do with these files??

Most likely you don't have
Most likely you don't have the sox.exe in the right location on the computer. It needs to be in the same folder poiloader is located. See http://www.poi-factory.com/node/25730
