I reset the FM Traffic table on my Garmin 1490 LMT and the traffic icon has yet to reappear after several hours of operation. Any ideas.

Interesting, I've had trouble with traffic on my nuvi 760
here in the SF Bay Area. I'm using Clear Channel traffic. It went out and several resets didn't completely fix the problem. Seems to be working better now. Could just be a problem with the stations in your area, hopefully temporarily. Which traffic service are you using?

Search the threads and you'll find something about how to reset which FM traffic radio station your GPS unit tries to receive from. If I knew it off hand I would post it here, but I don't. Sorry.
