In danger of losing your windmill?
Maybe you can share the last place your GPS took you and if you encountered any problems, or if you used it to seek out special places to go (like Thai Food, ice cream shoppes, etc.).
Anything to keep your windmill alive.
This thread will be closed on the last day of the month and a new one will be opened.
Another day, another dollar. Good morning, folks!
It is sunny out!
To the doctor.
Driving to Vegas today!
there in 30 days. Will see if the GPS update knows as much about the trip as I do.
for dinner with some friends.
Drove to Niagara Falls. Used the garmin just so I didn't feel alone.
visit cousin. Do not like some of the Nuvi actions after latest map update. Checked all the settings and nothing has changed. Hope things will improve as we use the unit. Bottom line....got us here ok!

Down by the bayou
Always an adventure driving around SF these days with an amazing amount of traffic and delays on city streets.
85 degrees in the Carribean. Had a good time. Nice ship.
Back to square one.
Local in Atlanta area
No where special this week.
In town this week
Darts, swimming for kids, groceries and other shuttles around town.
Returned last night on a 4 day trip to Houston. GPS was nice enough to advise me on travel during the trip.
Baltimore, MD to Hanover, PA.
My wife and I and two other couples on Saturday went to Laurentia Winery in Madison, Ohio. Several of the local wineries were having an ice wine festival this weekend, and Laurentia was jammed. A good time was had by all.
Went to my parents to solve their tech problem....again.
Did the same for a friend. Like the Maytag repair man!
Stayed home all weekend and caught up on YouTube/Netflix with daughter and wife.
To the next town about 12 miles away. Had a nice leisurely ride there and back. Just a straight highway, no GPS required.
Went to the Seafood festival
after a great visit with cousin in Phoenix! Last map update still doing some strange routing.
There was so much snow, I'm not really sure.
Giving a friend a ride and dropping her off at her hotel.
Returning home from Toronto Canada by way of Montreal
Still having to hang on to the snow tires - in March!
We often get snow in early May so alot of people keep the snow tires and studs on well into May which has a detrimental effect on the road surface.
However, we deal with cold and the southern US seems to deal with a severe storm every 3-5 days.
MARCH Windmill - 2019 Tour of Honor will be starting soon.
Will the cold grip of winter ever release us? Can't wait for the warmth of the sun to return!!!
What ptownoddy said.
I mean come on already...
Drove from Florida to Texas last week on Interstate 10.
from Laughlin, Nevada.
Getting tired of winter here as a motorcyclist... I was out on Wednesday to go to an alumni event... seemed I picked the coldest day to ride- thankfully it's not snowing like it is today... but so totally over Winter this year.
Lots of fun as usual.
Went up the Eastern Shore of VA & MD to Atlantic City and back. 3597 performed flawlessly.
I-10 was gummed up with a large permit load and used gps to run around it through one of the small towns around where we came up on it.
took the nuvi along to charge it since i usually use the zumo and phone. first time i've seen the "your map is over a year old" message. anyhow, updating it now.
Great to get out by the ocean this weekend despite the ongoing wet and chilly weather.
