Probably a newbie question

I just bought a Garmin nuvi 255 in addition to my nuvi 660. My 660 will show a red bar accross the top whenever I encounter a redlight/speed camera, etc and will announce my mp3 file (Warning red light camera). The 255 will not. It only beeps once and has a small gray dot. Is this specific to the 255 model? For the life of me, I cannot get the 255 to announce the redlight speed camera, only getting the beep on this model.

My files are (excel) Redlight-Camera.csv

Audio is named Redlight-Camera.mp3

Am I doing something wrong? Sorry, I know this is a repeat question, but after reading all of the rest, it still wont work.

No mp3 for the 255

The 255 can't play mp3 audio but can play wav files. See:

Must use .wav files

your 255 does not have a .mp3 player.

This means that you need to convert your .mp3 sound file to a .wav file.
