Crazy Vehicle On Map View

Noticed a few days ago that on view map the vehicle icon is wandering around MyHome location leaving a chicken scratch of movement lines. The vehicle is moving to catch up with noticeable small changes in latitude/longitude numbers, but where would these slightly varied numbers be stored, which data file.
Looks a little like me, years ago, when I needed to walk home late at night.

What your seeing is the Nuvi's "Trip Log" (Tools - Map - Trip Log). If you don't want to see the "chicken scratch" change this setting from Show to Hide.
I believe the actual log represented by the cyan line on the map screen is contained within the current.gpx file on the Nuvi. This file also holds your Favorites, Routes, etc.
Nuvi 350, 760, 1695LM, 3790LMT, 2460LMT, 3597LMTHD, DriveLuxe 50LMTHD, DriveSmart 61, Garmin Drive 52, Garmin Backup Camera 40 and TomTom XXL540s.
