Firmware 6.20 released for Nuvi 255 and 255W

Regional update which requires Webupdater to obtain.

Changes made from version 6.10 to 6.20:
Fixed issue where some units would not turn display off when in charging mode.
Fixed issue with some units losing all audio.

from version 6.1 to 6.2 with same fixes.
