What happens when I have a file like this? Do I have to change it or did I do it right?
Paso Robles Winery.bmp
Paso Robles Winery.gpx.xml

Looks like your browser added on ".xml" so just find the file and remove it. Then put the .gpx and .bmp file in the same folder and run POI Loader on it (if youre using a Garmin unit) and you're good to go.
Some systems will do that because a .gpx file is a "subset" of xml, which usually has a .xml ending on the name.
It's about the Line- If a line can be drawn between the powers granted and the rights retained, it would seem to be the same thing, whether the latter be secured by declaring that they shall not be abridged, or that the former shall not be extended.
Thank You for the quick

Macs & GPX
The Mac OS always adds .XML to GPX files. GPX files are written using XML code, but are a special subset of the XML standard.
