Talk about a shocker. I get back from a short trip to San Diego to 32F temperatures but then wake up this morning to a light dusting of snow. I guess winter is on its way.

Snow here is Cincinnati this morning. Typical first snow. Everyone scared to death of the white stuff. Several accidents and fender benders. Now that the first one is out of the way, things shold get better for the second round of snow, whenever it occurs

Christmas is coming

only in the 50's here in the high desert,very overcast with rains forecast and snow in the mountains. Not very condusive for comfortable golf..........Very good wx for the casinos....Safe and happy week ahead to all

Last week I had two deliveries in the same morning. The first one was a new bed. w00t!!!! The second one was 3 pallets of new kitchen cupboards. Now if I can just finish tearing out the old cupboards. I don't do well with carpentry. Sigh.......
A kitchen remodel can be insane and it gets EXPENSIVE really quickly.

I couldn't agree more, I am doing a bathroom, bedroom, hall and family room for the winter months and it is not easy when it is only 18 outside and 32 in the garage. Have fun.

6 beautiful weeks in the sunshine state and now I have to head back up north to the freezing cold

Wrapped 31 Christmas gifts today.........
Have seven grandchildren. Christmas at Gamaw and Papa's is so much fun for them. The oldest is 6 years and the youngest is 10 months. Needless to say it is a mad house, but fun.
