Garmin 265WT and safety agreement screen

Each time I turn on my 265WT it has me agree (or click ok) on a screen that states it is bad to use this device while driving. Is there any way to shut that off?

Legal...

That is the lawyers talking. They don't want some dummy who is playing with his GPS while driving and wrecks his car to come back and say that Garmin was at fault.
